What To Do: Please check your spam folder and if you see any emails from The Winning Key please mark it as ‘Not Spam’ or drag it into your primary inbox. This will greatly help our emails from staying out of spam folders in the future.

Helping us help you would be a great help! Recently a winner, Paul, messaged us days later letting us know he found his winning notification in the spam folder! Thankfully, winner’s prizes never expire and you can claim it at any time. We attempt to get in touch with winners that haven’t claimed their prizes each week by emailing the email address they used to submit their winning ticket. Your tickets are tracked through your email address, you do not need an account.

Other ways you can help us stay out of the spam folder include: interacting with our emails, forwarding messages to your friends, responding to our messages, adding us to your contacts, whitelisting [email protected]

We very much appreciate any help! It brings us great joy to get our members their winnings in a timely and appropriate manner. Since everyone has been helping we’ve managed to add an additional $3,000 in prizes to be handed out every three months and have plans to add even more!
