Do I Need an Account for The Winning Key?

A lot of users keep asking where their entries go and how exactly The Winning Key works. To answer the question of whether or not you need an account: the answer is no! The Winning Key tracks all of your entries connected to your email address.

When you enter a prize page on The Winning Key you are asked what your email address is and allowed to press the ‘Enter to Win’ button. Once you enter you receive a unique entry ticket. This entry ticket is automatically tracked by our computers to the email account you entered with. You do not need to keep track of your entries!

On The Winning Key, you are able to enter for each prize ten times each day. You can be certain that we are tracking your entries because if you enter for one prize 10 times with your email address and try to enter an 11th time you will receive the message:

Sorry! We couldn't save your entry:

ENTRY EXCEEDS ENTRY COUNT FOR CURRENT DAILY ENTRY PERIOD

If you get this message you’ll know that you maximized your entries for that prize on that day. We try to make entering as simple as possible and don’t want our users to have to use a password of any personal information other than their email address!

When we select a winner, our computers randomly choose a ticket and we view the email address associated with that ticket. From there that email address, which could be yours, gets a winning notification that allows you to claim your prize!
